Mass Booklets
We can provide Mass Booklets with covers to
match the colour theme of your wedding so you don't need to bring them
with you.
Place names for tables
We can print the place names for the tables
and put them in order for easy placing on the tables. If you are
giving your guests a choice of meal in advance and need to indicate who is having
what, we can tastefully indicate their choice of dish eg plain cards for
meat, or butterfly for fish (as in the photo) or applying different
colours of stickers or gems to the cards.
Seating Plans
Most hotels provide a 'standard' seating
plan. This is their seating plan in colours to match the hotel, not
your wedding. To have the complete wedding colour co-ordinated we
can do the seating plan in colours to match your wedding.
Candy Bar
If you are looking for something
different for wedding favours, that also gives your guests something to nibble
on when they get the munchies later on, why not have a Candy Bar. We fill
elegant glass bowls with tradtional
sweets like mojos, blackjacks, refresher chews, love hearts etc as well as
chocolates so that your guests can
help themselves. We also provide a favours box, again colour coordinated,
so that your guests can fill up their
goodie box and take it home with them as a memento of your special day.
Guest books with a difference
We can provide a
'standard' guest book for your guests to fill in and sign.
For something a different we can rent a birdcage with cards which would be in the same colour as
your
wedding. The cards are personalised with your names and date of the
wedding. Your guests fill in the cards and
post them into the birdcage. After the wedding the cards are collected and
stuck into a book for you to keep.
For the ultimate memento
of your wedding then the photobook is something really special for you to
treasure forever.
We go round each table and take a photo of each guest to go with the cards that
they fill in and put into the birdcage.
We print the photos on the night of the wedding and match the photo to the card
in a photograph album. The deluxe
album
is yours to keep with a complete record of everyone who was at your wedding.
Chill out zone
Give your guest somewhere to
relax after the meal. The price includes the carpet in a wide range of
colours,
table cover, table runner and/or mirrors, table centres with candles with
cushions covered to match the colour
scheme. For a more romantic effect we can also add our gazebo gently lit
with fairy lights.
